Apologies for the belated email, but I cannot thank you, John and Chris enough for the outstanding job you did on our conservatory - both inside and out.

As you know we inherited this on moving house and it appeared not to have been cleaned since it was erected in 1995 - hence the tonne of dirt and grime! In addition, several of the roof panels leaked which was a concern for us as we were having new conservatory blinds installed and we wanted to make sure the new blinds were going to be installed in a clean and waterproof conservatory.

Thankfully TECCCO was recommended to us and the results are beyond what we dared hope for. When you visited our home to provide a quote, you were so professional and explained exactly what you would do to clean and repair it. Moreover, we considered the price quoted a very fair one considering three people would be working all day to get the job done. You also bent over backwards to fit in the clean between the removal of our existing blinds and the installation of our new ones, despite being busy, which was much appreciated.

On the day itself, you were all punctual, professional, friendly and courteous - and so thorough - I couldn't believe it when I saw toothbrushes in hand! The result is a conservatory which has been transformed - my Mum couldn't believe the difference when she came to see it. Our new blinds have been installed and now that we have put a lick of paint on the inside walls, it really does look like new - what's more, it doesn't leak!

We are delighted with the results and feel that it was not only value for money, but money definitely well spent. We shall not hesitate to recommend you, not only to friends and family with conservatories, but also to any conservatory blind specialist firms. In our view it is a no brainer to have you come to clean the conservatory prior to investing in new blinds.

We shall definitely make sure we look after our conservatory and shall be in touch next year!

Many, many thanks for the amazing job that you and Chris did today in difficult conditions. The weather forecast had not been promising but you arrived (in the rain) at the agreed time (well 10 mins early actually!) and made a start. You kept working through several heavy downpours, hoping that the weather would improve - but it didn't! The heavens opened and the rain poured solidly for well over an hour but you and Chris soldiered on, cheerily cleaning 3 years' grime and gunge from the outside of my conservatory - even using a toothbrush for the fiddliest parts!
